Deleting your account cannot be undone. The following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All symptom logs, hot flash records, and daily check-ins
- All AI insights and pattern analysis history
- All generated PDF reports
- Period and trigger tracking history

How to delete your account

Open Ferne on your device
Launch the Ferne app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are logged in.

Go to your Profile
Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation bar to open your account settings.

Tap "Delete My Account"
Scroll to the bottom of your profile page and tap the "Delete My Account" button.

Confirm deletion
Confirm your decision in the prompt. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to access your account, email us and we'll delete your account and data manually within 30 days.
